User Data Deletion Request
Email latamresourcegroupllc@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and delete your data within 45 days, then confirm in writing.
This page explains how to ask Big Brain Funding — a service operated by Latam Resource Group LLC — to delete the personal information we hold about you. It applies to data you submitted through our funding assessment and to any data we received about you through Facebook or another Meta platform.
What to include in your request
So we can find your record and confirm it is really you, please include:
- The full name and business name you submitted.
- The email address and/or phone number you submitted.
- If you used Facebook, the name on your Facebook account.
- A short note saying you want your data deleted.
We only use these details to verify the request and locate your record. We do not need — and will not ask for — your Social Security number, bank details, or account passwords.
What we delete
On a verified request we delete the information described in our Privacy Policy, including:

What happens, and how long it takes
- You email us with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- We acknowledge your request, normally within a few business days.
- We verify it is your data, usually by matching details you already gave us.
- We delete your record from our systems, including our form storage.
- We confirm in writing once deletion is complete.
We complete verified requests within 45 days. If a request is unusually complex we may extend this once, and we will tell you before we do.
Important: data already shared with funding providers
If you consented and we already introduced you to a funding provider, that provider holds its own copy of your information, governed by its own privacy policy. Deleting our copy does not delete theirs.
We cannot delete data held by a third party on your behalf. If you ask, we will tell you which providers received your profile and when, so you can contact each one directly. Send that request to the same email address.
What we may need to keep
We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it — for example proof that you gave or withdrew consent to be contacted, and basic transaction or tax records. We keep the least amount necessary, we do not use it for marketing, and we delete it once the legal basis expires. If you also want to stop being contacted, see section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
Your other privacy rights
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access your data, correct it, obtain a copy, or opt out of its sale or sharing. Because we are compensated by funding providers for introductions, our sharing may qualify as a "sale" under some state laws — you can opt out by emailing us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share".
