Data deletion and privacy requests

Send your request by email

Email latamresourcegroupllc@gmail.comwith the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the name, business name, email address, or phone number you used so we can locate and verify the record.

What you may request

  • Access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate information.
  • A portable copy of information you provided.
  • Deletion of your information.
  • Opt-out of sale, sharing, or future partner introductions.

How the process works

  1. Send the request from an email address associated with your submission when possible.
  2. Tell us the right you want to exercise and provide enough information to locate the record.
  3. We may ask you to confirm information already associated with the submission.
  4. We will respond within 45 days or the period required by applicable law.

Do not send a Social Security number, banking password, full bank account number, or a copy of government identification unless we specifically explain why it is legally necessary.

What deletion covers

A verified deletion request may cover your contact details, business details, funding profile, screener results, waitlist record, unpublished review, and related communications held in our active systems. We will also direct relevant service providers to delete information where required and technically available.

Information we may retain

We may retain the minimum information necessary to document consent or withdrawal, honor a do-not-contact request, prevent fraud, protect legal rights, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Retained information will not be used for unrelated marketing.

Information already sent to a partner

If you explicitly authorized an introduction before requesting deletion, the named partner may hold its own copy under its own privacy policy. Tell us if you want to know which partners received your information. You may also need to submit a deletion or opt-out request directly to each partner.
